Contrary to what people think the Squash and Racketball Club is open all year round and now has a Community Amateur Sports Club status. (CASC)


The Club is pleased to announce that Summer Memberships, at a reduced rate, are now available for both Squash and the new game of Racketball.


This new game of Racketball is a very easy and a fun game to play, is shown to be suitable for all ages and fitness levels, is very sociable and as indoors does not depend on the weather. The playing equipment used is very similar to tennis.


For a limited time the Club will offer free coaching, racquets and court time for prospective new Members. The only item you need will be suitable clothing and non-marking sports shoes.

So give one of the Coaches listed below a call now and arrange a time.

Open Day 3rd Oct 2015

This event saw two top Scottish players attend the courts to offer coaching. Nice to see a good level of junior support.Coaching was followed by an exhibition match with Lobban & Henderson demonstrating the professional game in style.

Lockerbie Squash Club - Win Premier League 2015

Last league game of season for Dumfries & Galloway
Premier Leagues was Thursday 12th March at Lockerbie Squash Club. It was Nokian
Tyres v Bard Vet.

Nokian Tyres (Lockerbie Team) won 17 points to 7, giving them overall points of
191 having a lead of 19 points clear of Bard Vet.  This premier league won
by Nokian Tyres and sponsored by John Henderson & Sons.

The recent open day and coaching session was well received.
The club is committed to the promotion and development of squash. This was a great opportunity for the club to connect with new and existing members.

On Wednesday the 25th of June from 9am to 3pm Lockerbie
primary are being introduced to a dance routine called squish squared.

The kids will also be given a few pointers on either Squash or Racketball.

    Membership to the club is great value for money especially if you compare prices with gym membership. The lights are run on token operated meters. It takes 4 tokens for a 45 min game. The tokens cost £0.80 and can be purchased from the Spar Shop in Bridge St
